Rosen Shingle Creek is a large Orlando resort and conference property with a few hundred thousand sq ft of combined meeting and exhibit space. It hosts mid-size corporate conferences, association meetings, and regional trade shows rather than OCCC-scale expos.
Exhibits here live in ballrooms and prefunction space, so the build has to respect ceiling heights, door widths, and carpet protection rather than a raw show floor.

In-house and exclusive vendors
Hotel-run event space commonly carries exclusive or preferred AV, electrical, and internet vendors. (PLACEHOLDER — confirm current exclusive-vendor policy for this property.) We coordinate orders through the property so power and rigging clear in advance.
Compressed move-in windows
Ballrooms often turn over between events on the same day, so install windows are shorter and tighter than a convention center's. We pre-build and pre-light in Orlando and crate to the sequence the room will be set in.
Ballroom and prefunction constraints
Ceiling height, chandelier and soffit clearance, freight-elevator and doorway dimensions, and floor-load limits drive the engineering. We spec panel sizes that fit the path, not just the footprint.
Local delivery, no advance warehouse
Many resort shows accept direct delivery in a narrow receiving window. Being local, we can hold your crates in our Orlando storage and deliver the morning of install.
