Nationwide install network
Our supervisors travel with the booth; local crews are ordered against each venue's labor rules. We work the OCCC most weeks, and support shows in Las Vegas, Chicago, Atlanta, and anywhere else your calendar goes.
Freight & drayage
Carrier booking, advance warehouse vs. direct-to-show decisions, bills of lading, material handling forms, and outbound paperwork after teardown. Drayage is billed by hundredweight, so crate design and load planning are part of the job.
On-site supervision
The supervisor on your floor has already seen the booth pre-built in our shop. They carry the numbered setup drawings, the crate map, and the authority to solve problems without a phone tree.
Dismantle & return
Teardown to the same crate map, post-show inspection, refurbishment of damaged elements, and crated storage between events.
Union labor
Union coordination, venue by venue
Some convention centers — including the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) — have jurisdictions where installation, dismantle, rigging, or electrical work must be performed by local union labor. Requirements vary by venue, by trade, and sometimes by booth size.
We read the exhibitor services manual for every show, order the correct labor calls against the deadline discount date, and coordinate the local union crew as required per venue. Our supervisor stays on the floor and builds to our drawings either way, so you're never the one negotiating jurisdiction in an aisle.
