Orange County Convention Center
The Orange County Convention Center is one of the largest convention centers in the United States — roughly 2 million+ sq ft of exhibit space across two buildings (West and North/South) connected by a skybridge over International Drive. It is Orlando's primary venue for large-scale trade shows and expos.
Our shop is minutes from the campus, which means we can be back on the floor with a part, a panel, or a crew before a show manager finishes the phone call.

How We Work This Venue
The logistics that actually decide whether your booth opens on time
Large-scale move-in and move-out
Target move-in dates, marshalling yard check-in, and phased dismantle across a floor plan measured in acres. We build the schedule backwards from your carrier's must-arrive-by date and supervise every call.
Union labor coordination
Electrical, rigging, and material handling at major convention centers typically fall under specific labor jurisdictions. We read the exhibitor services manual for your show, order labor before the discount deadline, and put a DGI supervisor on the floor to run the build against our drawings.
Drayage and dock logistics
Advance warehouse vs. direct-to-show decisions, bills of lading, material handling forms, and forklift calls — all handled by us, so your crates land at the right dock at the right hour.
Rigging and hanging signs
Hanging structures usually require venue-approved rigging labor and engineer-stamped drawings. (PLACEHOLDER — confirm current rigging submission deadlines.) We prepare and submit the paperwork with your booth package.
